Manual of Solar Charger
v Introduction: -
Make looking for a simple, inexpensive, but efficient way to keep our cell phone charged when outside.

v Objective
·       Basic Understanding of Electronic Components
·       Soldering & Other Electronic Skill
·       Idea about Electronic Circuits and its Functioning.
·       2d Designing & Laser Cutting.

v What is Solar Energy?
Solar cells can be used to generate electricity from sunlight. It is a device that converts light energy into electrical energy. Sometimes the term solar cell is reserved for devices intended specifically to capture energy from sunlight, while the term photovoltaic cell is used when the light source is unspecified.
v Why we are used?
Solar Is Clean and Safe
Solar is a safe alternative which can replace current fossil fuels like coal and gas for generation of electricity that produce air, water, and land pollution. ... Use of solar energy will eliminate these unsafe, unclean consequences from using conventional fossil fuels.
v Description: -
Solar cell phone chargers use Solar Panel to charge Cell Phone Battery. They can be used when no electricity supply is available—either mains or, for example, a vehicle battery—and are sometimes suggested as a way to charge phones without consuming mains electricity, unlike Electrical Phone Charging.

v Connection: -
1.    Connect Positive Terminal of USB Port to INPUT Terminal of Transistor.
2.    Connect Negative Terminal of USB Port to GND Terminal of Transistor.
3.    Connect Negative Terminal of Solar Panel to GND Terminal of Transistor.
4.    Connect Negative Terminal of Solar Panel to Positive Terminal of Diode
5.    Connect Negative Terminal of Diode to Output Terminal of Transistor.

v Assembly Steps: -
Step 1: - Design the Plate on Corel draw/Inkscape with taking Proper Dimension of Solar panel.

Step 2: - For cutting, we are using different types of Materials like MDF Sheet, Acrylic Sheet, Plywood, Paper, Cloth. But here we are concentrating on Acrylic Sheet in White Colour. We design this plate in Corel Draw and saved in DXF Format Because Laser required DXF File. Import exported DXF file in laser machine software. Here I've used SIL laser cutter with RD works software.
Below Picture showing design and cutting file.

Step 3: - Take a Zero PCB and Cutting it using the Hexa tool. And drill the board using Hand drill machine for fixing the IC 7805 on Plate.

Step 4: - Arrange one by one component on PCB with referring shown the circuit diagram and Solder it with high precision.

Step 5: - Here we used Plastic wire cable channel to protect from water and dust for PCB.

Step 6: Then Fixed PCB on this channel & this channel fixed it on Plate using Screw and Double-sided tape.

Last Fixed this Solar Panel on this Plate.

The charger is ready to operate to Charge!!!

v Testing: -
·       Check Continuity after Soldering.
·       Check Solar heat to IC.
·       Then Test Final Project.
